Mural: a first for the city that can call others – Le Progrès – 18/05/2018

The mural, created on a Dynacité Group rental building, gives colour to the neighbourhood. It represents the desire of the inhabitants to live.

The first mural fresco of the town, located on the gable of a building at 91 avenue de l’Europe, in Rillieux-la-Pape, was inaugurated on Wednesday evening, in the presence of all those involved in this project.

From designer to director.
A painting created by CitéCréation replaces advantageously the greyness of the concrete of this building belonging to the Dynacité rental park.
It represents the city, life, sight, a support imagined and decided by the fifteen or so people who participated in the working group, within the framework of the Citizens’ Council.

“This mural can appeal to others,” says Catherine Denis, the Director of Dynacité, without specifying the number.

“We left the free will to the members of the Citizens’ Council, it is the fruit of their work, in consultation with the muralists of CitéCréation, which made it possible to imagine this first mural,” said Mayor Alexandre Vincent…
