Inauguration of the Sport and Energy mural

On November 28, Dynacité inaugurated, alongside the City of Oyonnax and Dynacité, the “Sport and Energy” mural created by CitéCréation in Oyonnax. A mural painting that is part of the existing frescoes that characterize the city of Oyonnax.

Bringing art and culture to the heart of neighbourhoods

Since 2010, the City of Oyonnax has been running a series of mural frescoes whose objective is to provide residents with elements of identification. To date, 11 other murals have been created in the city centre by CitéCréation.

With more than 3,100 housing units, Dynacité, Oyonnax’s leading social landlord, supports this approach and thus expresses its desire to bring art and culture to the heart of the neighbourhoods and as close as possible to its tenants. Dynacité worked in collaboration with the City of Oyonnax to define the theme of the work and ensure its coherence in the already existing frescoes. This brings real added value to the city and strengthens its visibility.

This new fresco entitled “Sport and Energy” now decorates the blind gable of the building located at 5 rue Anatole France.

Caisse des Dépôts, Iserba, Caisse d’Épargne Rhône-Alpes, Martiplast and EDF have joined forces with Dynacité to finance this wall painting, which contributes to the city’s reputation.
