CitéCréation designers celebrate the pope of French food: Monsieur Paul Bocuse

Thirty years ago, “Monsieur Paul”, as he was known here in Lyon, came to see CitéCréation and asked us to design with him the facades and interior courtyard of his now mythical restaurant in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or.

For CitéCréation’s muralist designers, his heritage and his team, they are not just three stars, but a constellation of talent. So if today one star leaves them, they remain for us a landmark and eternal light in the world’s gastronomic landscape.
