CitéCréation celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2018. The cooperative company has designed and created more than 750 murals in city centres, businesses and social housing districts.

A former primary school has been completely renovated and transformed into a shared flat for young people under 30 years of age (KAPS). In this building in the City of Oullins, the manager of this establishment, Alliade Habitat (social enterprise for housing) has set up a residence for students and young people.

Alliade Habitat, an innovative player, wanted to make this residence located on the A7 motorway more attractive. Sensitive to the environment, the social landlord ordered.

Revisited by CitéCréation, the building has taken on new colours and the inside of the courtyard has been decorated with frescoes created with the help of students. This is an achievement for a neighbourhood that is trying to get out of a reputation that is sometimes negative, but not always justified. The result is recognized by all, Alliade Habitat, the city of Oullins and its inhabitants.
